The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Motivation at the West Jakarta City Tourism Office

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee work motivation at the West Jakarta City Tourism Sub-Department, both partially and simultaneously. The independent variables in this study are leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2), while the dependent variable is employee work motivation (Y). The research method used is a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, observation, and documentation with a sample of 44 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination using SPSS. The results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, with an F-value of 122.338. The adjusted R-square value of 0.849 indicates that these two variables contribute 84.9% to employee work motivation.
